* The only known person who could be the godfather, John Trainor, is his mother's cousin, son of Susan's Uncle Peter Trainor, but he was only 16 at the time. It is possible that Susan had an Uncle John Trainor who is not documented at this time
* a Susan Toner was found buried in February 1914 with John Toner but a death certificate cannot be found. John Toner is Charles 1st cousin once removed (Charles' grandmother Margaret Trainor Sweeney is sister to John Toner's mother Susan Trainor Toner)
